erhs..
my mom's back. i duno whether to be happy or sad. happy that now i will have clean clothes and proper food to eat or sad that my freedom will now be curtailed. no more late nights and outings for me. but considering terms is in like 6days time, i guess this would benefit me quite a bit.hm. i just received an invitation to my sec sch founder's day and graduation service. i find some parts really amusing.
'the dinner, a wide western buffet spread, will be held at the parade square on saturday 30july at 7pm in a beautiful garden setting. tickets are priced at $50.'
what a joke. 50 bux to eat in the parade square? i don't think so. what beautiful garden setting la, i clearly remember seeing only a few miserable pots of bougainvillas. my class has already decided to boycott the whole thing. we're all just gonna go for the service and then take off to nydc or cafe cartel.
yesterday, my grandma fainted. how do you tell if your grandma's just fainted or has gone into permanent sleep mode? i bet you'll be thinking, go check if she's still breathing right. yup. and so that's what we did. we thought she really died la. cos she didn't wake up despite our efforts. so what do we do now. call the funeral people? or is it the hospital? but anyway, before we decided on anything, she woke up again. haha. unbelievable right, risen from the dead. haha. but no, that's not what happened. my dad said that my grandma was having a blocked nose, that's why she couldn't breathe. but well, my grandma is really old. she's 93 this year, so old she can't even recognise me. i bet she thinks i'm some part time maid who comes whenever i feel like coming. ah well, i'm still glad that she didn't er, die yesterday.
